At Josar Health Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be accepted.


Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases where:
    • The product received is damaged
    • The product received is defective
    • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  • Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved returns or successfully cancelled orders (as per our Cancellation Policy).
  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 1–7 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Improper handling, misuse, or damage after delivery
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Products reported after the 48-hour reporting window

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
