Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our support team via phone or email.
Order Cancellation by Josar Health Care
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Non-availability of the product
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Payment not successfully completed
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund (if applicable) will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank policies.
No Cancellation Applicable
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Orders placed under special offers, discounts, or promotional schemes (unless otherwise stated)
